A lot of people look at my before and after pictures and see a young woman that was very successful at losing weight. While the 70 pounds of fat I have lost makes this very true, my before and after pictures represent something totally different to me. They symbolize the much more significant emotional transformation I went through while gaining and losing the 70+ pounds. This profound transformation led me to my passion of coaching and made my mission of helping thousands of women create the exact same transformation for themselves very clear to me. My most dramatic before and after photo. I have lost 80 lbs and I am working on losing 20 more. I have lost the weight by following a sensible diet (cutting out fried foods, restricting refined sugars, and eating more veggies) and a combination of strength training and cardio at the gym. When I started in December of 2010 I could barely run for 30 seconds without slowing down to walk. I am now training for a half marathon in April. I am a starter for my rugby team, an amazingly supportive and motivational group of women.
You can do it, too!
WOW!!!

I hate when vegetarians use that “argument”. One can be against animal cruelty and eat meat. Also, humans are animals, and just like other animals, it eats meat. Depriving it of a part of it’s food source is cruel. Be vegeterian if you want to, I don’t care, it’s your choice. But respect works the other way and you should respect other people’s choice to be omnivorous.
First of all, not every animal eats meat. Gorillas don’t eat meat, and that’s just one example. Also, humans are not designed to be omnivorous. We are herbivores. Why, do you ask? Look at this. You cannot deny our physical structure. Can you go out and kill a cow with your bare hands? Because that’s what an omnivore or carnivore would do. No, you fucking can’t. You go to the store and buy meat just like most of the population. I don’t have a problem with people eating meat, but people should be aware that that’s not how it’s supposed to work.
I’ll probably get a lot of hate from this. Oh freaking well.

If you don’t like what you see, it’s time for a change.
Stop dwelling in simply what you want, go ahead and take what you want.
Start working because you won’t get anywhere by feeling sorry for yourself and being excessively negative.
Think of the possibilities that lie ahead.
Think, adjust, and go.
